Sembreak 2010 ~ my last :3

So yesterday, we went up hiking towards the National Arts Center founded on the heart of Mount Makiling, Los Baños, Laguna. :) It was such a sunny-cloudy-turned-drizzly day (if there's such a thing), which made it best for hiking since the humidity balance in the air did not really matter much, in contrast with the temperature and all during the summer.

We were all there: Jec, Haze, Pat, Arn and Moi :) about 2 hours later than the posted time, we were starting our trek to the top. I loved how there were 2 DSLR cameras available for photography *thinking I could be one of the subjects :p and hurrying on our way because last time Arnie and I were about to hike at the same site, closing time just hit the clock. :3

it was a tiring 1.5 hour climb to the top, with ups and downs, as usual. then there were those other spectators of the mountaintop view. If I haven't paid attention, I then should have known that:

- they were on their way upwards while we were starting uphill

- they were those same guys who were about to descent just about when we were on our 750 meter distance away from the scene

totally uncool. 8(

at least we got beautiful photos! XD

I think I was very productive yesterday :)

Yesterday, council mates JR and I had our own jaunt, if you may, in Manila... the thrill of being granted the chance of going out of town, without spending any money from your own pocket during schooldays! How I loved the concept. ;) Watching planes launching and landing gave me excitement, since I have always wanted to be an in-flight nurse, he wanted to be a pilot. Cooooool! ^^,

We were supposed to claim the pre-ordered plaques for the upcoming CAM (College of Allied Medicine) week, keenly searching for the store with the same address as with the given receipt, our only map.

Much to our surprise, the owner was not there, and he was actually already talking to one of the staff. We inquired about our orders, the phone guy requested for one of us and *wait for it* IT WAS NOT YET READY! After all the dusty, smoky traffic we have gotten ourselves into for an hour and a half, the stalking of a student whose school was supposed to be from across the street, the excitement of taking home the gold from the mine, *poof!* it burst my bubble.

So we had no choice left but to take responsibility of having another task: buying swim wear for the pageant's segment of showing off your body and having confidence on it. Of course, it was never a busy job. We wasted time scouting for shops nearby, and people were just directing us somewhere we were not looking for. Funny how we were instructed to find a certain place when it was actually what we skipped before heading somewhere else. XD

This is me, "trying out" the *gulps* one-piece bathing suit the contestants are about to wear, taking a photo for future reference :p We almost thought this moment would not arrive, since we only found the 90's type of bathing suit in the previous stalls we were in. And wow...how I wished I brought money for the trip. Everything on display was what my eyes were craving for. -.-

We were bargaining this violet suit for a lower price, which took a while, and when we finally decided on a price, that's when we knew that there was only 1 piece of the thing...and what? we needed 8 of the same kind!!!! -.-

anyway, we headed back to school after a quick meal at the jeep, on the bus, after sleeping throughout the distance. 3 hours late! and I was assigned reporter for the day. how pathetic. -.-

I love my teacher for still allowing us to take part in her class that day *which was reportedly similar to a school program which began with our classmates singing The Prayer!!! :))))) funeeeh! XD

I was headed home from a worthless spending of money on transportation (we had no classes, except for some finals requirements thing) when I saw Arian and some other friends (Ekay and Mel) at my last stop before going home ~ which is the tryk terminal. :p

Turns out that they are going out for a photography session for Ekay's elective. Good thing I was wearing some kind of coverup to save myself from humiliation with the uniform that we had to be wearing. (Which was hideous. ESPECIALLY that I have no shoes to at least alleviate its chicness or something.)

We saw many snails around every bush gracing the aisles of our territorial landmark, and ooh - they can really make you have chills! We took pictures mostly of things around us, and I tell you, they're all very artsy and creative. I adore 3sh's shots the most, maybe because of the style the photographer used.

Parting ways happened when they are about to move to another place for their shoot. It was twilight again, so I pursued to go home. Since it was halfway through to our door, I decided to walk instead that I'll save money this time.

Just this morning, I was out of the first group which I was supposed to be in! I hate it when it happened - that my group mates and I be separated from each and every one from the group I used to be with, and from the CI whom I have grown close to.. XC

Much to my surprise was someone's overwhelming reaction to my moving out moment. He even motioned to go on bended knees, which is I think for fun only. O.o Then my critics [?!] have been laughing off because they knew I wanted NOT to move out, all eyes were staring with various emotions wanting me to be more quiet.

This morning, after the grievous announcement, I have tried to compensate for the loneliness by being comfortable with my new CI and my new group mates who are also actually part of my clique. I even tricked Ms. Nucup to admit that she still does bar hopping and all! haha. Stupid me! XD [she actually fell for it..XP]

There's a new dean, and in the process of disseminating facts through all the staff of our school, we had an early dismissal, 2 hours before our official end of classes, and we had to eat lunch, so we had 3 hours spent for extracurricular activities.

What we did was we went to Sheryl's place and ate free, sumptuous meal; played around with each other and with the baby, watched Miss Universe [which did not include our country's bet] and prepared for whatever we had to do before heading out to school...

Before moving up into a jitney, we were startled to have like more than one bus parked beside the market. We asked in which 'school' were they from, and we like fainted for one's answer: "CEU".

Back to Sheryl's house, the dilemma of either cutting classes or going back was raised because it has been so much of an idle time we just wanted to rest and sleep. We went back anyway since we were worried [or am I the only one?] of quizzes usually given at the following subjects about to take place...but everybody knows we did ample discussion and were given assignments for future topics to be reported. How rude.

During our last period, we were missing Ms. Susa that we were comparing the replacement to her. Well, I couldn't argue with that since it's really evident that our former CI is much better. To kick things off, Girlyn and I were passing notes on lyrics about being heartbroken. Boredom rules! hahaha.. and it's a good sign that I am NOT HEARTBROKEN anymore because I have found my joy. [and where did I just get that?!]

Before going home, I just had to have some treats! What I did get for myself was box of 3 of Gonuts Donuts which opened just recently. It's really very delightful, and I had to be grateful for having done so. I enjoyed my night. XD [pg alert!]

Then there's Enzo, whom Girlyn's tears were falling out for...

I cannot believe it.

I can still remember the first time I had been to my high school. There were many students running and walking around and about while there were still time before classes start, then there are so many parents accompanying also their beloved first-time-in-hs child, and the teachers and the guards and the upper freshmen - they are all busy with what they were doing and all.

I myself was running and walking past the narrow sides of buildings which I thought would be a site of many memories. It was my first day, and we were having trouble of what section I am to go into and make new friends, and of course, make history.

And now, I find myself having my little sister growing up, literally, since we are almost the same height (which bothers me because she’s only a freshmen in high school and I’m a sophomore in college!) anyway, we were having trouble, again with the sections and all because she was intended to belong in an afternoon class- would you believe that!

I actually had lost my self control talking again and again about the matter. It was her fault that she belonged in the lower section. much like, the degradable section, because in it would be the students most likely dropping out of school because most of them are idle and are not being moderated by the teachers.

Good thing I had been to Kat’s yesterday and had her mom invited for us to arrange certain things for my sister’s classes. It turned out, after long walks and time spent waiting for many people involved, my sister is now under the third honor of the high sections in school.

cool. ;D Thanks be to God for giving us the opportunity to have her learn from her mistakes of being foolishly idled during her elementary and now we hope that she’d do best and make us proud.

Glory be to Him because without His works and guides, we would have never got the chance to make the most of our time giving my sister a chance to change and do better.

I finally made it right~

Thanks to my new found friend Anne. :) Yes, she's someone I just know here on the internet, but you know what? I think it really is an interesting thing to have known someone and be friends and comfortable with her instantly. :) I have stumbled upon her site just this morning and we returned PMs and tags and comments.. and now, she helped me with my new blog!

Plus, there's this common thing about us that struck me most - we have the same school and we live in the same city and what else? Isn't that cool? :) I have been blogging for quite some time now and yet my friends whom I know, live somewhere else far... I can even remember the first blogger I met first online - Kim (boybawang.blogspot.com). It actually turned out that he was my close friend's elementary classmate, neighbor and family friend. :D We even had the experience of being in UST together for our first time. funny times. XD

Anyway, I have been staying awake an hour longer - till 5 am?! and I really can't help myself. Maybe because I have so much to do which I can not establish whenever everyone's awake. There are my PTCs and MyLot and blogging and my new addiction?! WATCHING GOSSIP GIRL! I have just started two nights ago and have made for myself an agreement of watching one episode a day, searching first through Veoh and YouTube. Having no luck, I tried search engines, and then there was sidereel.com. where there are lists of available links to all the episodes of the well-loved novel-turned-drama series. P.S. I just finished watching episode 4. Hope I could catch up to the events! :)

it was monday, in Psychology. Our class's activity was to have a poster about yourself [we did this last week], then relate/explain it to our class... one thing made me flutter and go red... it was jake's.

his work was fine. i don't actually remember all, but I do remember one thing: the heart, and in that heart-drawn image, it was my name.

While he was presenting, he was his usual self... being calm and maybe nervous, cause he always take a long time presenting in class... then he stated at the end that he's in love. Everybody cheered, then asked who it was...

he answered, and said that it was a secret.

but then again, ms. matu, from the back called out, "hindi ba natin pwedeng sabihin na si Cathleen ang [hindi ko na tanda]...?" tapos, kinilig ako. hahahaha.... XD

yun. haha. tapos, isa pa.

si close friend, ilang araw nang may sinasabing "may sasabhin ako sa iyo..." tapos sabay bawi, "ay, wag na lang.nalimutan ko na e,.."

tapos, yun. may knwento ako sa kanya, tapos, napaamin siya. [yesss...]

sabi niya, crush daw niya ako---simula sa simula palang. [yesss...]

LAST.

There was this young man who waited for me to finish my class... he waited during this time range: his time out from work till 4.30, then he headed towards my school to fetch me up... [yun palang, sweet na...]

though he was late [lage namaaaaan!!], I waited for him outside my campus... then, he arrived... >,<>,<

tapos, ayun, knwento ko yung mga bagay-bagay na nangyari earlier.. ang reaction ba naman, "meron din akong kilala.. lagi siyang naiinlove--sau.."

While headed home, he got my bag [dapat lang. XP] .. when we were almost near the jeep's terminal, i had my bag, so i could check my phone.

Then, IT was there. one thing that makes me happy, and maybe what makes him glad too.. it was our cinnamon roll. [ la lang. ang sweet kaya...]

He also got me a Cheetos...[yun nga ba?] la lang.

tapos, yun. tatlo sila ngayon. hehe. JOKE! XD

good girl ako. hanggang kilig na lang muna. ;)

well, who wouldn't bE? after seeing your 'significant other', won't you be in such a bliss? just a look upon his eyes brings you so much joy for having him, and what more, if you're with him, and you're in your own world?

ok, so, i admit it. i'm not good at making people feel so much emotions with my writing unlike almost all people...

but,at least, most of you know what i mean... right?

anyway, tomorrow will be the premiere of the latest Harry Potter movie,..it's a good thing that i was invited to watch it...with most of my new close friends... ;) [though, we all know that preliminary exams are due next week---most especially the scrapbook...T_T]

i've been chatting a LOT these days, and i think i have to lessen it. there were two nights that ended late. and so, i must stop.

but then again. i just can't help myself.

well,anyway. there was this guy who added me on his friends' list. then, the next thing i know was that we were babbling away. XD

anyway,it was such a good [great] thing that i knew him. then, if we haven't met, i could have been thinking that i'm the most forlorn human in this world. anyway, he has the same fate as i am.

he's someone who also passed my long-lost loved university---UP Manila, and he got a slot in the college of nursing! cool! he's also someone from the province who wanted to study in Manila. [though he had studied in manila science for his high school, he will be studying at DLSD..]

I met his family..

it was arnie's graduation yesterday... he asked for my parent's permission a day before the event. at first, i wasn't allowed to go. since i protested on having the permission of my parents regarding his graduation, my father can't argue no more. hehe...;)

so, he fetched me up in our village and in the van was where i met his family...^^ they were so accommodating and fun to be with..I can never forget the [endless]picture-taking [go arcie..], the exchange of informal [funny] thoughts about anything being talked about..xp [go ariane..]

his classmates were so much excited when he introduced me to them..they were like,"arnie, sino yan? sister mo?"...he answered them with a smile...then they responded like,"OMG. girl mo?.. wow, arnie.."...

another instance was when we were about to leave. jen, his cousin, and doy, jen's guy and arnie's classmate, were commenting on him..."andaya mo naman, hindi mo man lang pinapakilala.."

on their compound, he introduced me to his aunts, uncles, cousins, grandma...everyone. >,<

their comments were great...at least, they appreciated me...[they almost welcomed me into their family, though we're not really lovers yet...*d pa legal sa side ko e...hehe*]
